Returns


Faulty or Damaged Goods

Your Own Life Organised will be happy to refund, replace or repair any goods which are faulty or arrive damaged. Please contact us at info@yololifestyle.co.uk in order to confirm your requested refund / replacement / repair. We will respond to your request with return instructions. Please ensure you return the faulty/damaged goods in its unused state and original packaging along with proof of purchase. We will refund the postage on any faulty/damaged goods (up to and including a 2nd class recorded service by Royal Mail). The refund will be processed once the faulty/damaged goods have been received.


Refunds

Your Own Life Organised will be happy to refund monies for any goods which are unsuitable but we will not refund the cost of the postage. Please contact us at info@yoloproducts.co.uk within 14 days of receiving the unsuitable goods to inform us that you wish to return your purchase. We will respond to your request with return instructions. Any unsuitable goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. The refund will be processed once the unsuitable goods have been received.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges and ask that you order replacement goods on our website.

 


 

Statutory Rights

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Your Own Life Organised is a subsidiary company trading under the umbrella of YOLO Products Ltd.
