How secure is our website?
Our payment gateway is Stripe. Stripe is approved by all major acquiring banks and they are Level 1 compliant under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). This is the highest level of certification available. Our website is therefore PCI compliant, this means we do not store any payment information, and all the channels we use to process payments are completely secure.

We accept payment with Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Mastercard and Paypal.
Why has my card been declined?
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the checkout. A common reason for orders declining is due to the billing address details being entered incorrectly. Please ensure that in the ‘billing address’ section, the address to which your bank statements are sent is entered here.
